Surgery Closure for Staff Training

As a practice we need to continuously ensure all of the Practice Team have the necessary skills and knowledge base.

With this in mind we will be closed on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 2pm - 5pm.

Should you need to speak to a doctor during this time please telephone the surgery in the normal way and follow the instructions.

Summary Care Record

The practice will shortly be moving your records onto the Summary Care Record system.

You will be receiving information through the post informing you how this will affect you and how to opt out should you wish.

If you still have questions after you have received this information our team will be happy to help you with your query.
 

NEW - Patient Participation Group

Would you like to be part of improving the services at St Peter’s Hill Surgery?

We are currently looking for patients who would be willing to join a Patient Participation Group here at the surgery. The focus of the group is to gain feedback on the services that are provided at St. Peter’s Hill Surgery with a view to improving what we offer.

We are keen to get patients involved from all age groups and with a variety of different health requirements. If you feel that you fit the criteria detailed below, and would be willing to give up a small amount of your time to help improve and develop our services, please download a form or collect one from reception. Once completed, please return to a member of the reception team.

• 16-24 years old
• 25-60 years old
• Over 60 years old
• Patients with a chronic disease e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD,
• Carers
