If you need to get in touch with a doctor outside normal opening hours, telephone the general enquiry number. Your call will be put through automatically to the operator at Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust Out-of-Hours Emergency Service. The operator will then take your details. These will be passed on to the doctor or nurse on duty, who will get back in touch with you to offer advice or to arrange to see you. This may be done as a home visit or you may be invited to attend an out-of-hours surgery at the Primary Care Centre at Grantham and District Hospital.
