Repeat Prescriptions
You are required to request your repeat prescriptions using the counterfoil (right-hand portion) of your previous prescription. Tick the items you require and place the counterfoil in the repeat prescription box, located by the front door in the entrance to the surgery, or return it by post (if you want the prescription posted to you, you must enclose an SAE).

In all cases you are strongly advised to request all medication at least two working days before you will have used your last medication.
Your prescription will be ready within two full working days (48 hours). Please note this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Local chemists provide a prescription collection service from the surgery which can be arranged by completing an authorisation form available from reception.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, clinical pharmacist at the surgery or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
