We request you then to post or hand deliver the completed travel
form to the surgery. We will then
contact you to arrange a suitable
appointment.
Some vaccinations take up to 2 weeks
to work. Malaria prophylaxis usually
needs to be started 2 weeks before
you depart and some vaccinations
involve a whole course which may
take up to 1-6 months.
The practice does charge for non-NHS
immunisations. You can establish
your likely vaccination requirements

source available only to healthcare
