Test Results

Results may be obtained 5 working days after your test, by telephoning 01476 850123 after 15:00. One of our Receptionists will inform you of any comments made by the doctor or nurse regarding your test result.

Cervical smear results are given to the patient in the form of a letter that can be collected from reception. (If you want the result posted to you, you must enclose a SAE).

Please note that we have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
