If you have been referred to the hospital for an appointment and have not been seen yet, and

• Have heard from the hospital, then please contact the hospital direct on the number given on the correspondence received.

• Have not heard from the hospital yet and

• You have been referred to United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals
(Grantham, Lincoln, Boston), please click the above link to chase/check waiting times

• You do not know where you have been referred and have not had any correspondence regarding, please contact the secretaries by calling 01476 583 892 or 01476 583891 or using the Secretaries link on Ask My GP

If you have been seen and have a question regarding further appointments or follow up then please contact the relevant hospital secretary from the correspondence you have received after your appointment or the relevant PALS team, as listed above. Only after you have tried that and have not been able to get a response, please contact the secretaries by calling 01476 583892 or 01476 583891 or using the Secretaries link on Ask My GP

If you have a question regarding the contents of a clinic letter you should contact the specialist team directly by calling the number on the letter.

If you have questions regarding X-ray or scan appointments and you know which hospital, please call the relevant department directly.
