St Peter’s Hill Surgery is in the process of updating its patient recall system. Over the course of the next year, this might result in duplicate messages being sent to you and/or review appointments being out of line with your expectation. Ultimately, we will be aiming for your annual review (and other tests if needed) to be during the month of your birth. So please bear with us.
If you have just had a review and then receive another invite for the same thing within 3 months of your last review, please ignore the messages. After 3 months, please arrange an earlier review as per the invitation. Next year you will be invited for a review around your birth month or potentially a little earlier.
