If you have recently had an investigation at the hospital that was not requested by the surgery (your GP), please chase the outcome / results from the clinician / department that requested the initial investigation as we do not automatically get these results. It is the responsibility of the hospital to discuss these results with you and arrange any follow up that may be indicated. If you don’t know the direct line of the department that you were seen in, contact the hospital switchboard and ask to be put through.
